TradePilot
TradePilot is the internal tool Niddhi Softwares uses to receive business messages sent to us over WhatsApp.
What TradePilot does
TradePilot uses the WhatsApp Cloud API to receive business messages sent by users to Niddhi Softwares and route them to a private business inbox for authorized handling.
How it works
- A person initiates contact with Niddhi Softwares by sending us a WhatsApp message.
- TradePilot receives that message, together with related metadata (such as the sender's WhatsApp identifier and message timestamps), through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- The message is routed to a private inbox where an authorized member of our team can read and respond to it.
Outbound WhatsApp messaging and automated AI replies are currently disabled. TradePilot only receives messages that users choose to send to us; it does not send marketing messages, and replies are not currently automated.
The WhatsApp number used by TradePilot is an API-only business number. It is not registered in the standard WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business consumer apps.
