How Niddhi Softwares collects, uses, and protects information through this website and TradePilot.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website at niddhisoftwares.com (the "Website") and to TradePilot, the WhatsApp-based business messaging tool operated by Niddhi Softwares ("Niddhi Softwares", "we", "us", "our"). We are based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers information we process when you:

  • visit or browse the Website;
  • contact us by email, including through the address published on our Contact page;
  • send a WhatsApp message to Niddhi Softwares that is received and routed through TradePilot.

The Website does not currently offer user accounts, online checkout, or online payment, so we do not collect account credentials or payment card details through it.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

  • Contact and email correspondence: if you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
  • WhatsApp messages (TradePilot): if you send a WhatsApp message to our business number, we receive the content of that message together with metadata supplied by Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, such as your WhatsApp phone number/sender identifier, message timestamps, and delivery status metadata.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical and server logs: like most websites, our hosting and network provider (see Section 7) automatically logs standard technical information for security and reliability purposes, which may include IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested.

3.3 Cookies and analytics

The Website does not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

4. Why we process this information

  • To respond to enquiries you send us by email or WhatsApp;
  • To route WhatsApp messages received via TradePilot to an authorized member of our team so they can be read and responded to;
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the Website (for example, using server logs to detect abuse or technical faults);
  • To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations that apply to our business.

Our basis for this processing is generally that it is necessary to respond to a request you have made of us, to operate our business, or to comply with legal obligations that apply to us. Where any additional legal basis is required for a specific activity, we will identify it at the relevant point of collection.

5. WhatsApp, Meta, and TradePilot

TradePilot uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to receive messages that users choose to send to Niddhi Softwares, and route them to a private business inbox for authorized handling. Some important points:

  • You initiate contact by messaging us first — we do not send unsolicited outbound WhatsApp messages, and automated AI replies are currently disabled.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. processes message data as part of operating the WhatsApp Cloud API, under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply in addition to this one. We encourage you to review Meta's WhatsApp privacy documentation for details of how Meta itself handles this data.
  • The WhatsApp number used by TradePilot is an API-only business number and is not used within the standard WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business consumer apps.

6. How we use service providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Website and TradePilot, including:

  • Website hosting/content delivery (Cloudflare) — to host and serve this Website;
  • Email (Google Workspace) — to send and receive business email;
  • WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — to receive and route WhatsApp business messages via TradePilot.

These providers process information on our behalf, or as independent processors of their own platform data, under their respective terms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. International processing

Because our service providers operate global infrastructure, information may be processed or stored on servers located outside India, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than India. Where this occurs, it is a function of the service providers' infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare's content delivery network and Meta's WhatsApp platform) rather than a deliberate transfer decision made for each message.

8. Data retention

We keep the information described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, to maintain our business records, and to meet any legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements that apply to us. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Some records may be retained for longer where required by law (for example, accounting or tax records).

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, including relying on the security measures provided by our hosting, email, and messaging service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. We will consider all reasonable requests, though we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal or legitimate operational reason to do so, as described in Section 8.

11. Children's privacy

The Website and TradePilot are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
